Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices, volume tiers, and promotions may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Custom & print-on-demand products

Because items are printed to order, custom and personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. You are responsible for the artwork you upload and confirm you have the rights to use it.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your designs. Ghostyle retains all rights to its site, branding, and platform. You may not use our content without permission.

Shipping & turnaround

Estimated production and shipping times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

Returns & defects

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghostyle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
